Your first visit

Nothing to prepare except your race dates. A short intake comes first on the booking page, and the rest happens at the studio.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

Choose a length and a time on the booking page. A short intake there goes only to you and your therapist, and we keep health questions out of messages and email.

  2. 02

    Step 2: What to bring

Your race dates, and anything you want us to know about your training week. Wear what you like to arrive in; we have the sheets.

  3. 03

    Step 3: When you arrive

Come a few minutes early. Park in the lot beside the studio, and check in at the front desk.

  4. 04

    Step 4: What to expect

A short talk and a pressure check, then the session, covered the whole time. Tell us to go lighter or firmer, or to stop, at any time.

Good to know

Covered, consenting, in control

  • Covered

A sheet or towel the whole time. Only the part we are working on is uncovered.

  • Pressure

We ask before we start and check as we go. Lighter or firmer, just say.

  • Your call

You can pause, change position or end the session at any time, for any reason.

Early mornings and after-work times.
